Our COBRA Administration services for self-funded clients include: 

Notifying Eligible Employees -- Once our clients notifiy us of changes or employment terminations, Activa will notify all covered employees and spouses of their rights under COBRA. 

Tracking Time Limits --
Activa maintains employee and dependent data throughout the continuation of coverage period.

Coverage Implementation -- Activa helps qualified beneficiaries elect the coverage that they want and answer any questions they have.

Assist in Calculation of Costs --  Activa will guide each qualified beneficiary through the process of calculating the initial payment and also the monthly cost of continued coverage. We also process and track the coverage payments.
